Our full service dog bath includes a gentle pre-cleansing shampoo, plus a second cleanse with shampoo selected for your pet's unique skin and coat needs.  Followed by a deep conditioning treatment, cage-free blow-dry and mink oil coat conditioner.  Also includes brush out, ears cleaned & nails clipped and/or filed.

We do not offer hair cutting, clipping or shaving services -- just the best bath in town!

Aggressive dogs - We do use muzzles if a dog is showing signs of aggression, but we always give the benefit of the doubt first. If you think your dog might be aggressive during his bath, blow dry or nail clip, please tell us when booking your appointment.

High-Anxiety dogs – If your dog has seizure disorders, excessive nervousness or anxiety issues, please let us know ahead of time. If we feel that we cannot safely bathe your pet, we will stop and charges will be based on the amount of work done, if any.

Nail Clipping – If your dog has excessively long nails, we may not be able to clip them back too far, as the “quick” lengthens with the nail and can cause bleeding and pain. We recommend slowly training the quick back with frequent trimming and filing. In extreme cases, the pet may need to visit a vet and be put under anesthesia to trim excessively long nails. We will do our best to keep your pet’s comfort and safety in mind.

Flea & Parasite treatment – If fleas & ticks are found on your pet during the bath, we will immediately treat them with our Flea and Tick shampoo at no additional cost.  If the dog is infested to the extent that it requires flea-bombing our shop, you may be charged up to $10 for the cost of the necessary flea bombs. We recommend treating your pet with a "spot on" treatment such as Frontline Plus 24-48 hours AFTER their bath. You can purchase individual or 3 months of treatments at our shop.

Veterinary care – If your pet becomes sick or injured during its visit:
1. We will attempt to contact you or your emergency contact.
2. We will contact Midtown Animal Hospital (Sacramento) You agree to pay all veterinary costs if your pet becomes sick or injured, except for any injury which arises from the sole negligence or willful misconduct of Splash Hound USA.

Payment/early-late drop off-pick up - Payment is due at the time the pet is picked up. We accept cash, debit, Visa or Master Card. If you need to drop off your pet early or pick up late (during regular business hours), please let us know ahead of time as space may be limited.
